We know that children who experience homelessness have many challenges including a higher likelihood of depression and anxiety, a very real struggle with academics, and an increased chance of homelessness in their future.
Family Promise of Greater Concord, NH along with our 400 community volunteers work to help families get back on their feet and support the efforts of parents to successfully secure permanent housing so their children's exposure to homelessness is short and does not become chronic.
We offer continued case management after graduating from our Shelter program to celebrate our families' successes while also addressing potential obstacles so that a homelessness history is not repeated.
